By joining the LowCost LetterBox Affiliate Partnership Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: The program is open to accountancy firms, business consultants, company formation agents, and other professionals referring clients for virtual office and registered office services.
Referral Commission: Affiliates earn a referral fee for each successful client signup through their unique referral link. Commission rates may be subject to change at LowCost LetterBox's discretion.
Payouts: Referral commissions are paid once the referred client has completed payment and remains active for a minimum of 30 days. Payments are processed monthly.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spamming, or unauthorised brand usage. Any fraudulent activity may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Termination: LowCost LetterBox reserves the right to terminate or modify the affiliate partnership at any time, with or without notice, if terms are violated or for any reason deemed necessary.
Independent Status: The affiliate relationship is independent, and no employment, agency, or joint venture is created.
Modification of Terms: LowCost LetterBox may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
